Dato' Sri Hj Mustaffa Hj Abd Rahman founded AMP Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd on 22nd September 1997. He holds a Bachelor in Business Administration and a Diploma in Electrical Electronic Engineering.

He has more than 40 years of working experience in various fields in management positions, electronic engineering, marketing, project management and finance.

His position before founded AMP Corporation (M) Sdn. Bhd. was the General Manager of SCM Integrated System Sdn. Bhd. that carried out the Radar project for the Government of Malaysia. He served as Engineering Manager of Komputer Sistem Malaysia (CSA) from 1984 to 1994.

Dato' Hj Mohd Rozi Hj Abdul Kadir is the co-founder of AMP Corporation (M) Sdn Bhd. He holds a Bachelor in Electronic Engineering.

He had more than 35 years of working experience in the field of defence and electronic surveillance.

His last position before founded AMP Corporation (M) Sdn. Bhd. was the Engineering Manager with SCM Integrated System Sdn. Bhd.

Prior to this; he was the Electrical Engineer with the Jabatan Kerja Raya (JKR). He was involved in the research, planning and program specification for the ‘Electromagnetic Project’ with the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF).

Hj Rosmin Hj Johari is the Chief Financial Officer of AMP Corporation (M) Sdn. Bhd. He holds both the Diploma in Accounting and Bachelor Degree (Hons) in Accounting.

With those qualifications he has been pivotal in shaping his leadership in finance and corporate governance. He had almost 30 years working experience in the field of finance, accounting and project management.

He began his career with the company after graduated in year 1997 as one of pioneer employees, he played a vital role in supporting the founder and driving AMP Corporation’s growth from its early stages into a sustainable enterprise.

His dedication and strategic oversight have contributed significantly to the company’s financial governance, operational resilience and long-term success. In addition, he also seconded to SCM Integrated System Sdn. Bhd. and report to the Finance & Contract Manager of the company until the end of February 1998.
